I started taking collagen & glutathione supplements on August 24th. I was complaining about long recovery times after my workouts. I eat enough food/carbs; I drink almost or more than a gallon of water a day... I stretch. I warm up... I cool down. A girl on instagram suggested I try 2 supplements; collagen & glutathione. OMG what a huge difference. Not just for my muscle recovery, but my nails are stronger than they've ever been! if you know me, you know I have a huge issue with nail biting. The only cure is to have my nails painted! LOL! If they're pretty, I won't bother them... but as soon as that color chips? GNAW GNAW GNAW LOL! My other cure is gel manicures; i have my own kit so I do it at home. I removed the color on Sunday & I haven't bit them since because my nails are so strong, its not as easy to bite them now hahaha. Yaaaay! I've taken biotin for yeeearrrss and it hasn't done for me like these things have in such a short amount of time! I don't take the recommended dose for the collagen. The reviews say it's best to take it on an empty stomach twice a day... ummm.. the only time my stomach is empty is when i wake up in the morning sooooo yea LOL! I take 3 collagen when I wake up & 1 glutathione.
