Low Carb High Protein Waffle

Servings 1 

1 carb waffle recipe! 


  • 1 scoop of protein powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 cup water 


  1. Mix protein powder and baking power together
  2. Beat in one egg
  3. Add enough water to consistency, around 1/4 cup
  4. Cook waffle batter in waffle maker


1g carbs, 6g fat, 30g protein
