Apple Pie Protein Shake

Made FitAffinity's Apple Pie Protein Shake. . Was very refreshing & tasty!!


Ingredients: 

1/2 apple 

1/2 banana 

3/4 cup light almond milk 

1 tsp honey

1/4 tsp cinnamon 

1/8 tsp nutmeg 

1/8 tsp ground cloves

1 scoop of protein powder

2 to 3 ice cubes 


Directions: 

Combine all ingredients in a blender — blend on high until smooth. Makes one serving.
